Why Solve IT Exists
For years, I watched the same story repeat itself.
Solid companies — 50, 200, 1,000 employees — that know they need to integrate AI but don't know how. They ask for help. They get a diagnosis. Six months later, nothing has changed. The diagnosis is sleeping in a folder. The teams are still copy-pasting between systems.
The problem is never the technology. The technology exists and it works.
The problem is that nobody sits next to the accounting team to understand why they spend 3 hours a day copy-pasting between two systems. Nobody deploys the agent, trains the team, and stays until it runs without them.
That's why Solve IT exists.
Where we come from
Our experience comes from environments where things have to work — cement factory logistics where a broken process stops the trucks, reinsurance platforms where data errors cost millions, startups where cash runs out if the product doesn't ship.
In those environments, you ship systems, you measure results, and you fix what breaks. That discipline is the foundation of everything we do.
What we believe
Diagnosis is paid. The War Map is a deliverable with real value — you pay for intelligence, not a meeting.
Open source, always. Your agents run on your infrastructure. If you stop working with us, everything continues. It's your competitive advantage, not ours.
On-site, not remote. We come to you. We observe your teams. We understand the friction that video calls never show. Transformation happens with your people.
The human is the platform. AI doesn't replace anyone. It augments everyone. Your employees become AI operators — faster, more precise, with fewer repetitive tasks.
How we work
3 to 5 clients at a time.
Every engagement means you work directly with us. When you hire us, you get us.
We deploy systems that run.
On your servers. With your data. And when we leave, everything keeps working.
We force the hard conversations.
We audit where time is lost and surface the problems that are easier to ignore than to fix.
The Founder
Matías Bonvin
Engineer by training. Started in the physical world: hydrogen tanks, autonomous drones, humanoid robotics, connected car. Then moved into product, operations, and industrial automation.
What led me to create Solve IT was seeing the same pattern over and over: companies with a clear problem, technology available to solve it, and nobody connecting the two.
At Solve IT, the people you talk to are the people who do the work.
