How We Work
Our model
Phase 1
The War Map — 45-Day Friction Audit
We go inside your company, map where time disappears, and start fixing it — in the same sprint. In 45 days you get a War Map and your first AI agents already running.
You walk away with:
• Top 3–5 automation priorities, ranked by impact
• Projected hours recovered per week
• First AI agents deployed, trained, and running on your infrastructure
• Clear go / no-go for Phase 2
Everything runs on your servers, with your data. If you stop working with us tomorrow, the agents keep running.
45 days · starting from €4,500
In crisis? We can compress the sprint. Tell us in the Strategy Session.
Phase 2
War Map Oversight — 12 Months
AI agents improve with use. We stay, monitor results, adjust workflows, and unlock new use cases every quarter. Most clients continue because the advantage compounds.
After the War Map, three paths:
1. War Map Oversight (recommended) — 12-month retainer. Continuous improvement, new use cases, quarterly reviews.
2. Self-execution — your team runs the agents. Works when you have the technical talent in-house.
3. Interim oversight — we stay embedded part-time to guide your team through the first year.
12-month retainer · starting from €8,000/year
What we do
We specialize in the intersection of operations, data, and AI. Our clients call us when admin time is overflowing, when manual errors are costly, or when they want a real advantage with AI — not just licenses that nobody uses.
Typical mandates where the War Map begins:
- Automating repetitive administrative processes
- AI agents for customer service and internal support
- Extraction and structuring of unstructured data
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) on internal documentation
- Intelligent workflows between existing systems (ERP, CRM, email)
- Training teams on operational AI
The result
Your team stops drowning in repetitive work. You get time back to lead, to think, to decide. The system executes — you move the company forward.
Capacity
We take on 3 to 5 clients at a time. Every engagement means you work directly with us.
If we're at capacity, we'll tell you and offer to put you on a short wait list. We'd rather turn work away than deliver something mediocre.
Before we talk
Before the Strategy Session, think about these questions:
- Where does your team spend the most time on repetitive, manual tasks?
- What would change if those tasks took 30 minutes instead of 3 hours?
- Who in your organization would need to be involved in an AI deployment?
- Have you tried AI tools before? What worked, what didn't?
You don't need to have all the answers. These are starting points for our conversation.
Is there a fit?
Not every company is a good fit, and we prefer to be upfront about it.
Best fit if…
- ✓You're a founder, CEO, or board member with direct authority to act.
- ✓Complex operations or growth plateaus where execution is the bottleneck, not strategy.
- ✓You can provide access to data and decision-makers.
- ✓You value truth over theater.
- ✓You prefer a small number of operators over a large consulting army.
- ✓You're open to radical clarity — whether it confirms or contradicts your assumptions.
Not a fit if…
- ✗You're seeking RFPs, proposals, or unpaid scoping work.
- ✗You can't allocate time from leadership or board.
- ✗You're looking for slide decks, not outcomes.
- ✗You value consensus over action.
- ✗You're trying to check a compliance box.
- ✗You're uncomfortable having ideas challenged.
